I actually have a lot of email id's which a friend gave to me before leaving the job at his earlier ecommerce company. Can't mention the name but it is one of the leading marketplace which sells all kind of goods. You can start with 1 lack email id's and check the response of the customers. If you like the response you can order more. The cost of first 1 lackh mailers would be 7000rs. These email id's have the lowest bounce rates as these all are newsletter assigned companies.
Once you check the bounce rate and response rates of these mailers, you will end up ordering more.
